Unificação dos blogs
- http://tecnocom.blogspot.com com assuntos relacionados a telecomunicações e tecnologias relacionadas;

...So stop thinking about how crazy the times are, and start thinking about what the crazy times demand. There has never been a worse time for business as usual. Business as usual is sure to fail, sure to disappoint, sure to numb our dreams. That's why there has never been a better time for the new. Your competitors are too afraid to spend money on new productivity tools. Your bankers have no idea where they can safely invest. Your potential employees are desperately looking for something exciting, something they feel passionate about, something they can genuinely engage in and engage with.
You get to make a choice. You can remake that choice every day, in fact. It's never too late to choose optimism, to choose action, to choose excellence. The best thing is that it only takes a moment -- just one second -- to decide...

I don't want to talk with my family about my plans. I don't want to explain them that I am not certain where my next project will come from, or my next check…my family comes from a different world, where steady job is the DREAM and Entrepreneurship is just something unheard of. How do YOU, Jeff, handle these things?”E a resposta é uma corajosa, sem vergonha das decisões tomadas:
By believing in myself and when pushed, sharing the passion with others. By knowing that if I don't go out and take risks and try things out that these opportunities won't be looking for me. By waking up every morning and doing everything I can to MAKE a difference. By having fun knowing that the future is unwritten and by knowing that anything is possible. By looking deep inside and realizing that this is what I'm here for and this is what I believe in and it is up to me to figure this all out. And, and, because I know that if I'm right about this, I will be there to support my family because I will be able to do so.

Algumas delas:
"You're screwing up when you're not screwing up."Não fazendo nada você não vai a lugar nenhum.
So I had to play football for the coach, ie., employees crave leadership and direction."People are prepared to charge up a hill behind a competent leader, even if it's the wrong hill.
"Many of the times, the wrong hill is better than no hill at all."
Liderança, motivação, inspiração e paixão podem mover montanhas.
Have the decency to let others fail. Employees take ownership of their work and produce a better product when leaders back off and give them the freedom to fail, he says.

Even better, no one is judging you on whether or not you're an expert at building websites. No one is choosing not to do business with you because your website looks like your cat designed it. And you're not spending big money tweaking tweaking tweaking just to get the last ounce of blood out of your site.

Empreendorismo e Liderança
The toughest thing for an entrepreneur to learn is that most people want to be led. The entrepreneur is an entrepreneur to a large degree because he or she doesn’t want to be led (or isn’t capable of accepting direction). So it’s natural to think that other people are the same way: just give them something challenging to do and leave them alone and you’ll get great results – at least if you have good people. Sounds good but it isn’t true. Such an enlightened approach to leadership is really abdication and is bound to fail.É importante entender que o comportamento dos subordinados é necessariamente diferente do líder. O liderado busca inspiração e segurança do seu líder, e o líder deve fornecer as certezas e a fé no futuro.
There’s a reason why kings wore such elaborate trappings; it’s harder to be a leader in jeans than in ermine robes; but even given that a pompous overdressed ass doesn’t make a good leader for an entrepreneurial high tech firm, you still need to assert leadership both symbolically and substantively in order to make your company successful – and your followers happy and secure. Weak leaders induce anxiety in their followers – revolt comes next.

Tentando...
Companies die, founders and employees learn from the experience and move on, and hopefully start more companies. I for one would love to see the second acts from the teams that are newly freed up.
